I’ve checked your account and can see a Lite plan trial was started yesterday from the app. The offer shown there - 14-day free trial plus 25% off the first month (-$2.50) - matches what’s in the app listing. It looks like the subscription wasn’t completed because it was declined by you on the final confirmation screen.

If you’d like to start the trial:

1. Open the app → choose Lite → Start free trial

2. Confirm on the subscription activation screen
(You won’t be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime in your store settings.)
