This is some pro level gaslighting. FIVE YEARS AGO the CEO announced carrier branded packaging for USPS, Fedex and UPS, see here: https://changelog.veeqo.com/usa-carrier-packaging-2FMQi4

The carrier branded packaging does not exist for UPS in Veeqo as of current. It also did not exist when I first reported it about 6-8 months ago. BOTH chat support tickets claimed this would be a "FEATURE REQUEST", and NOT a bug. Wtf?!?

I swear, they must pay these people extra to double down on the gaslighting while still not providing the features they claim they have.
