Navidium Shipping Protection

This is a good app that makes sense and works well. The support team is also responsive and helpful.

However, we do not understand why we are charged every 50 orders, even when not all 50 customers have chosen to use the shipping protection.

Am I understanding the billing correctly? If so, could you please explain how these charges are calculated?
