I cannot get the app to sync to my existing TinyEmail account. It keeps creating a new account on install and doesn't keep the existing account logged in no matter how many times I log in. If i refresh the page, it reverts to the account they created automatically during install. The profiles are then synced to the new account and there is no way to unsync it, leaving no room to sync to my already existing account. They have a lot to work on.

Hi there, we're very sorry for the trouble. When the tinyEmail app is installed, it automatically creates a new account linked to your store — this is expected.

We’ve now released updates that allow you to connect your existing tinyEmail account to your store as well. Please check your email for instructions from our team. We’d love the chance to make this right and help you get everything set up.
