Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we’re sorry for the confusion this caused.
Uninstalling the Weglot app does not automatically cancel the subscription, which needs to be ended separately from the account billing settings. We understand this may not have been clear and sincerely apologize for the frustration.
Our support team has reached out to you to fully clarify the situation and to propose a complete refund so this can be resolved properly. We remain available and committed to closing this matter in a fair and positive way.
