Nous sommes très satisfaits de Weglot et de la qualité de son support client, qui est vraiment excellent. Le seul point d’amélioration concerne la traduction des images, qui nécessite parfois une intervention manuelle et peut s’avérer un peu chronophage.
Weglot has been my go-to translation solution for over 5 years. It’s simple to use, supports both automatic and manual translations, and integrates flawlessly with WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, and more. The translation quality is excellent and their customer support is always responsive. I use Weglot for my own projects and for client websites—highly recommended!

Very easy to set-up and very helpful support - they reply within minutes (on workdays).
I believe for final polished translations they still need to be reviewed, LLMs unfortunately are not there yet. Hopefully they will keep improving, specially translate more within context of where the translation is, about what it is, what page/product is about.
I was using the native Shopify translate tool at first which A) limited you to two languages and B) translates with Google translate, which in the age of AI no longer cuts it.
Weglot provides much better quality translations, much more customisations and has high quality and responsive customer support. As I sell internationally, I see the money spent is an investment to boost conversion rather than a cost.
I've uninstalled weglot app but still be charged in the next month.

Uninstalling the Weglot app does not automatically cancel the subscription, which needs to be ended separately from the account billing settings. We understand this may not have been clear and sincerely apologize for the frustration.

Je traduis actuellement tout le site en Allemand et je vois deja les positions Google monter sous 1 mois avec une centaine de mots clés dans l'index Google.

I would have given it 0 stars if that were possible. This app was recommended by an agency, but they clearly haven’t used it much. Translating our mega menu is impossible. The default translations are catastrophic, Google Translate does a better job. And when you need to make changes, it’s only word by word. In short, don’t waste your time or your money.
