I am new to AliDrop and had typical new store owner/product questions and Leah with the chat customer service group was excellent. She was patient, helpful and stayed with me even when I had to be away from my computer for an hour. She was right there when I returned and I loved that because I didn't have to repeat everything over again to someone new. I hope I get Leah every time! Thanks!
