*Updated* as of 1/12/26. I was finally contacted by someone to resolve my issues. Christian has apologized and apparently the support ticket was incorrectly categorized. While my experience wasn't the best, they did address everything and got my issues resolved.
This app doesn't work well for my type of e-commerce store. However, it would work well for shops with subscriptions and selling products that are consumed and need refills.
