OMG. So hard to use. First step is to set my shipping location. But there is NO button for the shipping location.

Thank you for reaching out. Our support team is trying to connect with you to help you sort through this confusion.
You're right, our documentation does say the first step is adding a location. For shops like yours, which do not have Carrier Calculated Shipping (CCS) this step isn't necessary. All shipping rates are connected to your default location. We'll get our documentation fixed.
In the mean time we'll keep trying to connect with you. If you could check your spam folder that would be much appreciated.
