We've been using Parcelify for years since we have a much more complex set of conditions for different shipping scenarios than Shopify accounts for out of the box. It works wonderfully. The support team is also quick, knowledgeable, polite and effective. Full marks! Love it.

I’ve only just started using Parcelify and would usually prefer to use a product for longer before leaving a review, but the level of service alone deserves five stars. Alex and the Parcelify team have been instrumental in finally allowing me to launch my website.

I sell fragile vintage furniture and work with multiple couriers operating along specific routes throughout NSW, QLD, VIC and other major cities. Previously, I was providing individual shipping quotes for every order. I opted for the White Glove setup service, and there is no way I could have implemented this system on my own.

There were easily 60+ emails back and forth while troubleshooting and refining the setup. Alex helped me develop a workable shipping structure where pricing is calculated based on both weight and postcode. I also sell homewares with flat rate Aust wide. Throughout the process, he was patient, professional and incredibly generous with his time—even when I upgraded my Shopify plan and moved from universal shipping to CCS mid-setup.

Everything is working smoothly so far. I would highly recommend Parcelify to anyone who needs highly customised shipping rules. If more than five stars were possible, I’d give them.

Great app. Let's you set up shipping rules as simple or as advanced as you want to make them. And it's a rock-solid platform that stays up-to-date with Shopify changes.

The biggest advantage is that it doesn’t require Carrier Calculated Shipping (CCS), which makes it super easy to use even on Basic Shopify plans. Setting up shipping rates is really flexible, especially for the UK, with detailed Postcode Area and Outward Code lists for UK mainland, saving us a ton of time gathering all the info ourselves.

The support team is also very professional and helped us solve any issues.

The only improvement we’d love to see is a live chat support option, so we could get help more directly and in real-time instead of relying on emails.

Parcelify allows per-item-based as well as price-based shipping. We use it to specify postal code regions for different product tags. The support by Alex was also excellent.

Since we moved our platform to Shopify, our biggest pain point has been the way they handle stacking of shipping charges for multiple vendors or ship points. Having talked to multiple developers, Shopify Customer Service and other Shopify customers we were starting to worry this was going to be an unsolvable problem at the moment. I contacted Parcelify, and Alex replied that they had a workaround that they believed would work. He proceeded to send extremely detailed instructions on setting up our shipping profiles to get it to work with their app, and in less than 30 min, our problem was solved! Enormous relief! Thank you so much for helping a growing small business out! Works like a charm!

2025 update: Parcelify have introduced some new options when offering rates, again I had a few teething issues between the Shopify shipping interface, and Parcelify, but Alex was there to solve everything and get us up and running nice and quickly! Still super happy with this app!!

We've been with Parcelify for nearly six years now and recently made the move from their Legacy version to the 2.0 version. We have some complex rate set ups that tool a bit for me to get my head around in the new version but Alex from Parcelify was there every step of the way assisting me and ensuring that everything was set up correctly before we went live with the new rates. It was a seamless changeover and Alex is an absolute credit to the team at Parcelify. If I could give them 10 stars for the service and support received, I would!

Been using Parcelify for over 5 years and Parcelify has met my needs for providing shipping rates on my store. I sell a lot of different small items and figuring out shipping based on what is ordered is pretty challenging but I am able to give proper rates with Parcelify. I also recently reached out to customer service for help on how to add a specific filter and someone replied with a solution very quickly. Thank you! If you have very specific needs for calculating shipping rates then this app is very helpful.

This application is essential in any store that has multiple product categories. Without it it would be almost impossible to control the rates of the deliveries of our products. Is has some complexity, but the customer service is helpful and responds pretty fast. It's highly recommended.
