We've been using Parcelify for years since we have a much more complex set of conditions for different shipping scenarios than Shopify accounts for out of the box. It works wonderfully. The support team is also quick, knowledgeable, polite and effective. Full marks! Love it.
I’ve only just started using Parcelify and would usually prefer to use a product for longer before leaving a review, but the level of service alone deserves five stars. Alex and the Parcelify team have been instrumental in finally allowing me to launch my website.
I sell fragile vintage furniture and work with multiple couriers operating along specific routes throughout NSW, QLD, VIC and other major cities. Previously, I was providing individual shipping quotes for every order. I opted for the White Glove setup service, and there is no way I could have implemented this system on my own.
There were easily 60+ emails back and forth while troubleshooting and refining the setup. Alex helped me develop a workable shipping structure where pricing is calculated based on both weight and postcode. I also sell homewares with flat rate Aust wide. Throughout the process, he was patient, professional and incredibly generous with his time—even when I upgraded my Shopify plan and moved from universal shipping to CCS mid-setup.
Everything is working smoothly so far. I would highly recommend Parcelify to anyone who needs highly customised shipping rules. If more than five stars were possible, I’d give them.

Issues have been resolved quickly
The biggest advantage is that it doesn’t require Carrier Calculated Shipping (CCS), which makes it super easy to use even on Basic Shopify plans. Setting up shipping rates is really flexible, especially for the UK, with detailed Postcode Area and Outward Code lists for UK mainland, saving us a ton of time gathering all the info ourselves.
The support team is also very professional and helped us solve any issues.
The only improvement we’d love to see is a live chat support option, so we could get help more directly and in real-time instead of relying on emails.
Extremely adaptable to my peculiar requirements. Support provided is excellent.
Great app. Let's you set up shipping rules as simple or as advanced as you want to make them. And it's a rock-solid platform that stays up-to-date with Shopify changes.
Parcelify allows per-item-based as well as price-based shipping. We use it to specify postal code regions for different product tags. The support by Alex was also excellent.
OMG. So hard to use. First step is to set my shipping location. But there is NO button for the shipping location.

You're right, our documentation does say the first step is adding a location. For shops like yours, which do not have Carrier Calculated Shipping (CCS) this step isn't necessary. All shipping rates are connected to your default location. We'll get our documentation fixed.

Since we moved our platform to Shopify, our biggest pain point has been the way they handle stacking of shipping charges for multiple vendors or ship points. Having talked to multiple developers, Shopify Customer Service and other Shopify customers we were starting to worry this was going to be an unsolvable problem at the moment. I contacted Parcelify, and Alex replied that they had a workaround that they believed would work. He proceeded to send extremely detailed instructions on setting up our shipping profiles to get it to work with their app, and in less than 30 min, our problem was solved! Enormous relief! Thank you so much for helping a growing small business out! Works like a charm!
