Hello, we want to update our earlier response for clarity.

After this review was posted, our team attempted to reach out multiple times through the contact details available to us, including different email addresses, but unfortunately we never received a reply. At the moment, the store is still live and we haven’t been able to identify any downtime or errors originating from our app.

We genuinely wish we had the chance to look into this together at the time. When something breaks, our priority is always to jump in quickly and help resolve it - that’s what our support team does every day, and it’s reflected in the experiences shared across our other reviews here.
