The customer service and competency of the Courses Plus team mark them clearly as the industry leader. There are a number of logistical and technical details that make setting up an on-demand video course challenging (these are inevitable), but the Courses Plus team was available whenever I needed them to help me through a number of difficulties peculiar to how I wanted to personalize my course.
