Decent CS platform. Gets the job done if you just want a shared inbox at a reasonable price.

Taking 2 stars off because the AI agent - which was a big selling point - is VERY weak - feels like 2020 AI. It makes a lot of mistakes, isn't able to handle anything but the simplest questions, and ignores explicit instructions regularly.

There's a chance this could be on me but there are multiple places in the platform to give it guidance, context, and edit abilities which makes it difficult to manage.

Considering just turning it off at this point.
