Unacceptable internal policies. I was charge $100 as a card verification fee from chargeflow. Sure, it is only a temporary hold however I am very well versed in applications doing this and am usually subjected to only $1. $100 is completely unnecessary and in addition, they did not even tell me in advance they would charge this fee.
When questioning their billing department, I was met with a cold 'this is our policy' message which was a huge disappointment after receiving such great support from Jason with their onboarding team.
I will be uninstalling Chargeflow and looking elsewhere for this service.
