Discounty: Bulk Discount Sales

Even if the app it's pretty much easy to use has many bugs that not even their Staff is able to recognize and act accordingly.

I contacted them many times for error with their usability or feature:
- AI Agent is useless and time wasting
- Agent are slow to respond, they have to escalate to somebody, they take 20-30 min to then explain stuff you already know and in the end they tell you (without saying it directly) that you have to solve the problem yourself. Especially on Fridays (they are already in Week End Mode)
- After 1 hour in chat, everytime I just solve the problem myself. So why bother?
- I am gonna change app very soon after years but now we got to the point of not return.

I would not advise this to Ecommerce Manager like me.

Despite many problems experienced with this app, there are some members of the staff which are really helpful and available to help you out. My update on the review is for RIck who help me in activating some campaign. Thanks
