I'm trying to reach you (via email/phone) regarding your feedback trying to use the app.
Please note that you tried to connect your personal Etsy account and this is the reason you were not able to to connect the app.

Please go to connections in the left menu -> remove the connection -> login to your Etsy business account -> reload the app and the authenticate the app.
