Compared to many other apps (which mostly rely on email communication with slow response times), their customer service responded very promptly during our 20-day app rollout, helping us quickly understand the process and build the app. 2. For more complex layouts and customized needs, their customer service went all out to help us build the app. I give them 100 points. 3. There were no hidden fees; the monthly fee was transparent and open. The collaboration was very pleasant!
