Minta Social Videos Auto Post

The auto-post feature does not support real-time syncing with newly added products in the store's collection. It's been over a week since I reported this issue to them with no response. I'm wondering how stores with frequent product updates are even using this app? I've already tried reinstalling the app, but the auto-post feature still isn't updating products from the collection. This is really poor tech support/development!!
