We run an ecommerce store and rely heavily on timely communication with customers, which is exactly why this app has been so disappointing.

You are constantly logged out of the platform, and because of that you often miss notifications when customers send messages. For a messaging system, that makes it unreliable and difficult to use in a real business environment.

Customer support has also been extremely poor. When issues arise it is very difficult to get any meaningful help or resolution.

Overall the app feels unfinished and not suitable for businesses that depend on reliable customer communication. I would not recommend it.
