We recently switched from Gorgias to Commslayer and honestly it has been a much better experience for our team. The price is more reasonable and the features feel a lot more complete for what we need on a daily basis.
One of the biggest improvements for us is the AI bot. It works much smoother and gives better responses, which saves our team a lot of time when handling customer questions. With Gorgias we often still had to jump in manually, while Commslayer’s AI handles a lot more by itself.
The platform also feels easier to use overall and everything is more organized, which makes managing conversations a lot more efficient.
So far we are really happy we made the switch and would definitely recommend Commslayer to other ecommerce businesses looking for a better support solution.
