UPDATE: THEY SOLVE MY PROBLEM !!!!

Being charged for months for an app that isn't even installed

This app has been charging my store $69.99 USD every month, even though the app does not appear anywhere in my Shopify admin panel — it is not listed under installed apps and cannot be found or uninstalled.

I have been billed for multiple invoices for a service I am not using and have no way to access. To make things worse, the support team is completely unreachable — there is no effective way to contact them to request a cancellation or get any kind of resolution.

This is unacceptable. Charging customers for an app they cannot find, use, or uninstall, and then being impossible to contact, is a serious problem. I strongly advise other merchants to be very careful before installing this app. If something goes wrong, you may end up stuck in the same situation — paying indefinitely with no way out.

From our system, we can confirm that the app had been installed and the charge was activated on your store. Additionally, there were also orders generated through the app, so it wouldn’t be possible for the app to appear without being installed at some point.

Could you please help double-check with your internal team (or anyone who has access to your Shopify admin) to see if the app was installed previously or under another account?
