Hi, John here, founder of Report Pundit. I completely understand your frustration regarding the $35 charge, and I’ve reached out via email to get this sorted for you immediately.

Shopify securely controls all app installations and billing natively. Apps like Report Pundit cannot install themselves on a store or initiate a charge without explicit merchant approval through Shopify's secure billing screen.

I have already approved your full $35 refund. Because of how Shopify's billing cycle works, once your invoice is generated, the 'Refund' button will be unlocked for us to process the refund.
