Setup is very simple. I had my eBay products sync'd to my Shopify products within minutes. Harvey did a great job answering some questions I had regarding order sync'ing if you use ShipStation to import your orders (don't enable sync'ing if you already import orders into ShipStation). Very pleased with the product and support.
