I’ve been using LitCommerce to manage my multichannel sales (primarily syncing Shopify with eBay, and exploring others), and so far it’s been a solid upgrade from what I’ve tried before, including Marketplace Connect.
The app is relatively intuitive once you get the basics down— the dashboard is clean, and setting up connections feels straightforward. Syncing inventory and orders is fast (near real-time in my experience), which has been a huge time-saver and helps prevent overselling across channels. Creating and bulk-editing eBay listings has been especially easy; the templates and tools make it quicker and more flexible than other options I’ve used.
What really stands out is the customer support. Harvey, the rep who’s been helping me, has been exceptional—he proactively spotted some setup specifics tied to my particular sync needs and pointed them out before they became issues. His guidance has been clear, patient, and thorough, making the whole process much smoother than I expected.
