Our experience with Trustpilot has been extremely disappointing and unfair to businesses. Despite clear evidence of customer abuse and attempted blackmail, decisions consistently favored the end consumer, with no real consideration of our side.

Support was slow and ineffective, with cases dragging on for months without resolution.
