I had more than one complicated question and a few new requests for our registry app, and (Jason Larose) was truly one of the most responsive customer service people I’ve ever worked with!!
He was incredibly knowledgeable, solution-oriented, and quick to respond every single time. While my requests aren’t available just yet, he clearly communicated that these features are being added to their wishlist—which I really appreciate.
