Gift Reggie: Gift Registry

We've used gift reggie for years! Our experience has continually been wonderful. If there is an issue, they are always there to assist. The value in this app is unreal if you offer gift registry in your store.

Great app that is so customizable. The support team is always so helpful with absolutely everything! Jason and Mandeep are always happy to assist me, understand my "vision", and execute the ask quickly!

I had more than one complicated question and a few new requests for our registry app, and (Jason Larose) was truly one of the most responsive customer service people I’ve ever worked with!!
He was incredibly knowledgeable, solution-oriented, and quick to respond every single time. While my requests aren’t available just yet, he clearly communicated that these features are being added to their wishlist—which I really appreciate.

Have been using this app for a few years with no problems. Have needed to reached out to customer service only one time to make sure this transferred seamlessly to a new theme. They were quick to respond and very helpful.

I had high hopes for this app, however ever since we have started using it there have been several issues. The biggest let down is that it is not compatible with Shop Pay. We cannot delete Shop Pay as 40% of our customers use it to speed up the checkout process. So we may not continue to use Gift Reggie in the future, unless they make it work with Shop Pay.

We have been looking to add a gift registry to our e-commerce shop for some time. Gift Reggie is very user friendly and integrated seamlessly with our store. Also, the help desk team was very responsive when I had some customization questions. They even added the code for me - phew!! Would definitely recommend it!

I searched around a lot for a Gift Registry app and this one really fits the bill.

It has all the necessary functionality and requirements including a wishlist.

Pricing is reasonable and support is fantastic, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a Registry app for their site

The registries work really well for us. However, we wish that on the wish lists, gifts purchased could be tracked as well so we can better learn ROI on this tool.

I will say, though, that when I had an issue, the customer service person (Jason Larose) was very quick to help and had a quick, easy, and functioning solution! 10/10 on customer service!

We have been using gift reggie for almost 6 years. While the app runs well on a basic level, there has been little to no advancements or upgrades to the app. After that much time some improvements and or additional features would be great. We continue to use the app since there are minimal other options out there and some of the other options are closer to $250 a month to use.

Customer service is ok, every time there is a theme upgrade it removes the add to registry button for the app which means we have to reach out to customer service and they seem annoyed that we need this fixed. They have went ahead without consultation previously and re-added the button to a location we did not want but then told us they would then charge us to move it where we wanted it. Considering we pay monthly for this app and interact with them once a year if that I feel these fixes, which are of no fault of our own should be acceptable.

We would love to see some of the following
1) In store scanner option - using a customers cell phone to scan would be great.
2) Ability to have out of stock items excluded or auto removed from the registry.
3) Ability to add additional features like registry perks within the system/ a little more customization.

We have been looking for a registry solution across many platforms. Gift Reggie is by far the best one around. Easy to use, easy to maintain. We can create and update registries for our clients, associate orders when needed and can easily find them when making a search. Highly recommend the solution. Customer service is super friendly and helpful!
