We are very pleased with both how the AI works and the app overall, we are also very satisfied with how the process and follow-up have been, with great help from the people behind Supportify.
The chatbot works well and is easy to use from both our side and the customer's side. The user experience is smooth and the feedback from the customer has been very good.
