So i completely understand some of the frustration people are giving or have had with the app. Something happens to your website due to some issue and yes it would be nice if that never happened. However, the customer service i received was amazing not only did the fix the issue and get me back up and running but also have me suggestions to make my customer experience in order from my site better. to me thats is TOP NOTCH yes no issues would be great but as lone as they have excellent customer service i will never complain.
