Great product, a must if what you're selling requires a lot of customer education. Streamlines and organizes all the information for the customer. EasyTabs also has excellent customer service when I came to them with an issue with my templates. When developing my store, I had to create a new, unique product template to remove the Add to Cart button and replace it with a contact form for certain products only. The tabs were not appearing correctly for any products using that template, so I contacted EasyTabs support. They resolved the issue for me (all I had to do was add them as an administrator) and everything was set to go all within the same business day. I've used a LOT of plugins and business related software in general, and EasyTabs support is definitely in the top 10% of quality customer service and ease of use. Highly recommend.
