Extremely bad customer support; left everything to the AI chatbot, which is useless and replies with the same answers. I was thinking of upgrading to the paid plan, but now I'm uninstalling it and never recommend it to anyone!!!

it looks like you used the Shopify Sidekick which is the only AI Chatbot.

If something didn’t work as expected or if anything was unclear, we’re always here to help via email or Live Chat. You can reach our support team anytime via the live chat button — and you can create an email ticket! I have attached here the screenshot where you can find the support channels on the app:
