BorderBuddy Ship to Canada

Works very well UNTIL you have to make an address correction (in our case a customer left part of their shipping address off their order)

We are unable to make any changes to the unshipped label OR reach ANYONE at BorderBuddy Canada.

We've been calling (no answer) and sent multiple emails with no reply.

Very disappointing and stressful at this point! We've been using the app for about one month.

Satisfied with it until needing assistance to correct a customer shipping address error - which should be easy prior to shipping.
