je viens de l'installer et payer mais je me rends compte que la plupart des options ne sont pas compatibles avec mon abonnement (bien sûr il faut payer la formule la plus chère)
d'autre part l'insertion de cashback pour mes clients existants est contre intuitive, elle a adresse par défaut un mail très impersonnel et pas du tout formaté à 1500 de mes clients avant que je m'en rende compte. Pour l'instant ce n'est pas une bonne expérience. En plus aujourd'hui je reçois un mail de leur part pour me dire que leur appli ne fonctionne plus actuellement.

First, the app was installed under a trial period, and no charges were made at the time. Our pricing and feature availability are clearly outlined before any upgrade.
Regarding cashback for existing customers: emails are never sent automatically by default. In your case, cashback was imported using the bulk import feature, and notifications are only sent if the “notify customer” option is explicitly selected. This setting is disabled by default.
On the email formatting — the emails sent by our app are fully customizable. The preview you’re referring to appears to be Shopify’s default credit notification template, not the one configured within our app. Personalization (branding, styling, messaging) is controlled by the merchant.
As for the downtime: there was a brief interruption, which we proactively communicated to all merchants. While we strive for 100% uptime, occasional outages can happen — and we always work quickly to resolve them and keep users informed.
