This is day one for me, so I reached out to Lily for some help getting my first listing live. She was patient and efficient, which is always a plus when you’re learning a new platform. Luckily, I figured it out on my own and was able to overcome the software glitch, but it’s good to know help is readily available when needed. It’s very refreshing to have a LIVE PERSON who can troubleshoot issues and offer real assistance as opposed to putting in tickets that don’t get answered. From a seller’s perspective, this is a real game changer…I’m impressed!
