Once I got past the AI Assistant, I was put in touch with Shakillia and was thrilled with her honesty and quick ideas for fixing an issue we were dealing with - a report we use every day that no longer was alphabetizing with the new updates.
She is an outstanding human - smart and nimble. THRIVE is lucky to have her interface with their customers.
