Really bad experience! The tickets are not sending to customers! And Evey has no human support over the weekend, where most events are happening! The custom email service provider feature is not working and if you try to set it up, you then cannot reverse it to the default which results in notifications not going out, which means none of your customers will receive their tickets. We need a human to reset our Email Service Provider to the app default, and we cannot wait for Monday to talk to a Human!
That sounds incredibly stressful, especially with events happening over the weekend and customers waiting on their tickets. What you described around the email provider setup and notifications not going out is definitely not the experience we want anyone to have.
