It is quite easy to use and the customer support on email is very prompt & helpful. However, there are still a few things that are not possible which are quite basic. Like not being able to compare the actual price(not the already discounted price shown for a product individually) of the product with the discounted price.

We understand your point regarding discounts being calculated from the product’s compare-at price rather than its current selling price. We are currently looking into possible ways to support this and will try to add it to the app, provided there are no technical limitations on Shopify’s side.
In the meantime, we recommend configuring the discount so that it is calculated from the product’s actual current price.
