terrible app. Changed our store and messed it all up.

Hi,

I checked your store and could not find any issues. I checked homepage, product pages, collection pages, custom pages, etc.

I also see you only used our app for image optimisation and with amazing results! Over 500MB reduced from 1500+ images. And you're still using our optimised versions on your store. So I'm really confused what happened..

Also I could not find any conversations with our customer support..

I wrote you an email, could you please get back to me on what happened ? We would love to understand the issue as from our end we could not see anything wrong.
