We’ve been using DPD WSA across multiple stores in an omnichannel setup, and the app has been working wonderfully for us. The integration is reliable, flexible, and handles our operational needs very well.

One of the biggest highlights is the support team — responses usually come within 2–3 hours during working hours, which is honestly impressive. Even when requests require more complex adjustments, the team is transparent and proactive.

Another huge plus is their willingness to develop new features when possible. We’ve requested improvements specific to our workflow, and the team has been open, solution-oriented, and genuinely interested in making the app better for merchants.

Of course, as with any operational tool, proper team training is important to get the most out of it, especially in an omnichannel environment. But once processes are in place, the app works like a charm.

Highly recommended for stores looking for a solid and scalable shipping solution.
