Still in the process of getting LitCommerce set up and fully operational, but based solely on the tech support help at LitCommerce, this is going to be the best integrator on planet Earth. I never wait more than two minutes for a help reply, and the tech folks are humans. Real humans. Not bots pretending to be human. (During the few hours tech support isn't available, there is a bot on standby, just in case.) Tracy has spent a lot of time leading me through the setup process today, and there are no words to express how reassuring that is for a new Lit user. Another merchant told me to expect that level of customer service, and he was spot on. I'm sold.
