After 10 years in the e-commerce industry, we’ve worked with a number of email marketing platforms over the years — from Mailchimp to Omnisend, then Klaviyo, and now BayEngage.
Out of all the platforms we’ve used, BayEngage has by far been the most intuitive and user-friendly, while also being far more economical for the features and support provided. As any e-commerce business owner would know, migrating from one platform to another can be an incredibly time-consuming and stressful process. However, the BayEngage team supported us every step of the way, making the transition seamless and effortless.

Having worked with countless apps, agencies, and external partners over the past decade, we can confidently say that Ron’s level of customer service has gone above and beyond anything we’ve experienced before.
