After 10 years in the e-commerce industry, we’ve worked with a number of email marketing platforms over the years — from Mailchimp to Omnisend, then Klaviyo, and now BayEngage.
Out of all the platforms we’ve used, BayEngage has by far been the most intuitive and user-friendly, while also being far more economical for the features and support provided. As any e-commerce business owner would know, migrating from one platform to another can be an incredibly time-consuming and stressful process. However, the BayEngage team supported us every step of the way, making the transition seamless and effortless.
A special mention goes to Ron, our Customer Success Manager, who has been absolutely exceptional throughout the entire onboarding and migration process. Having worked with countless apps, agencies, and external partners over the past decade, we can confidently say that Ron’s level of customer service has gone above and beyond anything we’ve experienced before.
We couldn’t recommend BayEngage more highly — not only for the performance and ease of use of the product itself, but also for the outstanding customer support that comes with it.
We’ve now also migrated our Customer Reviews and Rewards program to BayRewards, another product offered by the same company, and have been equally impressed with the experience so far.
