Whatmore Shoppable Videos&Reel

Very disappointed with Whatmore. The app's promotional videos and marketing made it seem much more capable than it actually is. After purchasing the plan, I found that several features did not work as expected and the results were nowhere near what was advertised.
I contacted support and requested a refund, but my request was not handled fairly. Despite explaining my concerns, I was denied a refund and left paying for a service that did not meet my expectations.
I would recommend that others carefully test the app and read the refund policy before making any payment. My experience was frustrating and I feel misled by the marketing claims.
