Spent hours setting up my designs. Once published on my site, everything was showing as sold out. Support had no idea what to do. Useless

The issue you described is actually a relatively straightforward inventory synchronization issue, and we're disappointed that we weren't able to identify and resolve it for you during your support interaction.
