Not possible to cancel in the app. When I emailed asking to cancel I got no response and then got billed again at the next billing date. Shame because app actually worked well and I used it for several years but no longer have a need for it.

Of course it is possible to cancel the app. You did so yourself.
Looking at our support records:
1) we responded to your chat message 19 minutes after receiving it
2) we responded to your email 45 minutes after receiving it
And both messages were sent outside our normal business hours.
As our reviews show, we provide some of best support you will find.
We do not control billing. This is done by Shopify but we do have the ability to issue a refund. If you want a refund: contact our support team.
