Experiência extremamente decepcionante.
Contratei o plano pago e o valor foi devidamente cobrado. Após várias horas em contato com o suporte da Shopify e da Auglio, a própria Shopify confirmou que o pagamento foi processado e recebido pela Auglio. Mesmo assim, a empresa se recusou a liberar meu acesso ao aplicativo e também não ofereceu reembolso.
Fiquei sem acesso ao serviço pelo qual paguei e sem uma solução adequada após diversas tentativas de contato. Pela minha experiência, o suporte foi ineficiente e o problema não foi resolvido.
Não recomendo este aplicativo.

The charge was processed correctly after your 14-day free trial had already been fully used. The subscription was then canceled on your end. Please note that an active plan is required for the Virtual Try-On to work, and access is automatically removed when there is no active subscription.
Our support team also reached out several times with a detailed explanation, but the plan was not reactivated.
Shopify’s payment confirmation does not override the subscription status or grant access without an active plan. Unfortunately, it seems this may not have been fully understood, as the plan was never reactivated.
