Great app, adds real value to the store. Sets itself up with your store data, and it's easy to analyze the conversations and fine-tune how it answers users.
Shoppers can just ask what they need and get a proper answer instead of digging through pages or collections.
Covers product search and recommendations, shipping, refunds, order status - the things people actually ask about.
Team is helpful and quick to respond. Recommend.
