We are still within the 7-day free trial period and are currently in the process of setting everything up, but so far our experience has been excellent.
There have been a few hiccups along the way, mainly due to the complexity of our catalog, but every member of the LitCommerce support team who has helped us over the last several days has been knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful.
We are connecting our Shopify store with Walmart, eBay, and Amazon. Because our Amazon catalog contains a large number of complex parent-child variation listings, the LitCommerce team has even submitted a special configuration request to accommodate our setup. We really appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile to help make everything work correctly.
While we're still in the setup phase, everything has been 5-star so far. The customer service has been outstanding, and every representative we've worked with has been professional, patient, and eager to help. We look forward to continuing to use the platform as we complete our integrations.
