The app is very easy to set up and customise to suit your needs. There are plenty of options available, allowing you to choose what customers can and can’t edit, as well as how things like small additional charges and refunds are handled.
We haven’t had any customers use it yet, so we can’t comment on how much time it will save in practice. However, if customers do start making use of it, it should save us a good amount of time, particularly when it comes to managing address changes.

You've picked up on the part we care most about: you decide exactly what customers can and can't edit, and how shipping differences and refunds get handled, rather than the app deciding for you.
On usage, one tip that makes a real difference is adding the edit window countdown to your Thank You page as well as the Order Status page. Customers see it seconds after checkout, which is exactly when address corrections tend to happen. Happy to help you set that up.
