We sincerely apologize for the disruption and understand how frustrating it was to lose tracking unexpectedly.
The outage was caused by an incident affecting our hosting provider, which experienced widespread infrastructure issues as a result of a large-scale DDoS attack. Because several of our services are hosted on this platform, the disruption unfortunately impacted the availability of our application.
The same incident also affected our support channels, which is why it may have been difficult to reach our team during that period. We understand the inconvenience this caused and regret the lack of communication while the issue was being resolved.
