Robust NetSuite Integrator

Garbage company, there are constantly bugs and breaks in their software. Not little stuff either, sometimes the basic syncing functionality just stops working for a day or more. Getting them to fix anything is a struggle, they drag their feet and you have to constantly hound them. Terrible communicators, they frequently go days without updating you on a serious problem. They have difficulty understanding complex problems and I frequently have to re-explain things multiple times.

I don't know how they have so many 5-star reviews, they must be paid reviews.
